ATSBuster provides digital services (AI-generated CV rewrites and cover letters). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content services have specific refund provisions.
If you have purchased credits but have not yet used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This is in accordance with your statutory cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
Once a credit has been used to generate a CV rewrite, that credit is non-refundable. By using a credit, you acknowledge that the digital service has been provided and the cooling-off period for that credit no longer applies.
If you purchased a multi-credit pack and have used some credits, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis if requested within 14 days of purchase.
If the Service fails to deliver a CV rewrite due to a technical error on our part (e.g., the AI fails to generate output, or a system error consumes a credit without providing results), we will either restore the credit to your account or issue a full refund for that credit at your choice.
To request a refund, email us at atsbuster.support@gmail.com with your account email and details of the purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
