By accessing or using ATSBuster (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by ATSBuster. Contact: atsbuster.support@gmail.com.
ATSBuster provides AI-powered CV optimisation services. Users upload their CV and a target job description, and our AI rewrites the CV to improve its compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). We also offer AI-generated cover letters as an add-on service.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are used to access CV rewriting features. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
Credits are non-transferable between accounts and do not expire. Each CV rewrite consumes one credit. Cover letter generation is available as a separate paid add-on.
You agree not to: submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights; use the Service to create misleading or false CVs that misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms used by the Service; use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; share your account credentials with others; or use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you submit (your CV, job descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.
Output content: The rewritten CVs and cover letters generated by the Service are yours to use. We claim no ownership over AI-generated output.
Our content: The ATSBuster website, branding, design, and underlying technology are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to rewrite CVs and generate cover letters. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or suboptimal phrasing. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews or employment offers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATSBuster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of income, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are subject to our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
